Group Therapy
Our substance use program is using evidenced-based curriculum with Masters level therapist providing the group and individual treatment. This integrated group is able to treat the entire person and help the client start on their journey in recovery. The program has 6 components that all work together with treatment providers that work with substance use and mental health disorders together every day. These components include:
- Four hours of group weekly (Substance Use Group & Seeking Safety)
- Individual therapy using EMDR
- Case Management
- Medication Management
- Drug Testing
- Pro Social Activities
Our anger management group uses an evidenced-based cognitive behavioral approach from SAMHSA. This 13-session group meets once per week for two hours. Clients then see a therapist individually to work on more personal issues causing anger using EMDR and other evidenced-based modalities.
